Simdean operate a Pilot Plant unit which is of the Multicell design and offers a service which will give a guarantee that the results of the full size plant will be as those achieved during the pilot plant trials. This offer is possible due to the Multicell system being 100% predictable and hence the pilot plant trial results achieved in the field become the written guarantee for the final plant.

All Simdean Mist Eliminator systems feature carefully engineered mist elimination assemblies to provide ultra-efficient, low loss mist separation. Through attention to detail, Simdean routinely offers mist eliminators which separate 99% of 14 micron particles and larger with less than 25 mm W.G. pressure loss. Higher efficiency mist eliminator assemblies are available on request.
To compliment our range of scrubber systems Simdean offer a large variety of fans and fan accessories as well as a complete line of plastic fabricated ductwork and duct fittings. Our ductwork systems are available in a complete range of materials to suit each application and they are suitable for internal or external sites having complete built-in protection from Ultra Violet degradation and of course fully corrosion resistant.
