Simdean - one of the most experienced companies  in the fabrication of corrosion resistant materials for Gas and Odour Scrubbing Plants and turnkey Air Pollution Control plants.

We are now offering our experience gained over the past 37 years in the form of consultancy having now opened an office facility in Western Australia.

The company commenced trading as a custom fabricator in  Reinforced Plastic materials over 37 years ago in the UK producing a wide range of specialist corrosion resistant plant for the Metal Treatment Industries, Battery Manufacture, Animal Rendering Handling, Sewage Treatment and many other specialised industries which demand high corrosion resistance from the  materials of construction for their plant and equipment.

In those years Simdean specialised in a growing need for the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of complete turnkey Air Pollution Systems especially from their unique scrubbing system known as the "Multi-Cell".

Engineered To Be The Very Best

Simdean  design and manufacture work to any code, including the long established BS4994:87 but also BS5480, Part 1:77 and BS7159:89 for glass reinforced plastics (termed as GRP or Thermo set  plastic materials) with or without thermoplastic liners or the U.S.A. Code X and NBS PS15-69 to all thermoplastic construction.  The new British standards specification  EN12573:00, which is based on the well established German - DVS2205 standard  is also being used increasingly today in Reinforced Plastic Fabrications.  American Standards can be explained in more detail via our Indiana office on request to email address below..
